Over a hundred visitors discovered the Innovation Pre-Factory

Over one hundred people visited the Innovation Pre-Factory in Lyon during the open house on September 17. This day was held as a celebration of the building’s first anniversary. Visitors were given the opportunity to discover the fablab and creativity room located at the LyonTech-la Doua campus.
During the open house, students, professors, businesses, and electronics and 3D printing enthusiasts alike enjoyed discovering the facilities and equipment available at the Université de Lyon’s Innovation Pre-Factory.
Visitors were also given the chance to help decorate the windows in the creativity room and brainstorm to find names for the Innovation Factory’s three new buildings.
For those who missed out on the day, the Innovation Factory’s staff continues to offer tours of the facilities year-round. The creativity room can also be booked at any time for workshops, meetings and seminars.

- Offer services to foster student talents and creativity for a new type of innovation within the academic world, using creativity challenges and multidisciplinary project development teams.
