Digital change, collaborative economy and disruptive innovation: reinventing your business model

Are you a business leader? Would you like to understand, anticipate
and meet the challenges related to the radical changes happening
in technology, the economy and society?

Would you like to understand the platformization and digitization
of the economy, to anticipate any disruption to your business model and understand
open innovation and the development of an increasingly collaborative
consumption and economy?

MEDEF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, OPCALIA and the Université de Lyon offer a fast-track training course that will train and challenge you, along with other business leaders, on the opportunities, threats and prospects related to the new rules of this economy.
It aims to provide you with good knowledge of the economic mechanisms that underpin these structural changes (zero marginal cost, the impacts of cross networks on two-sided markets, reduced transaction costs, disintermediation/reintermediation, the integration of prosumers, the mobilization of the masses, the development of big data, etc.), as well as the social, societal and environmental aspirations that fuel them.
